payment is also required for all Spa Day
Packages at the time of booking. If you
need to change your appointment we will
try to accommodate you. Please note you
may only move an appointment once.
If you require any advice on treatments
or packages then please do not hesitate
to contact us and one of our experts will
be happy to help. To enjoy the ultimate
in relaxation for Spa Day Packages we
advise you to arrive 15 minutes prior
to your appointment in order to check
in, change and unwind before your treatment
begins.
Your Spa Therapist will include a consultation
and homecare recommendations within the
time allocated for your treatment. As
a courtesy to all clients a prompt appointment
schedule is adhered to.
Late arrival for your appointment may
result in that time being deducted from
your treatment time.
Please also remember that it is essential
that suitable bathing wear is worn and
if you are with us for the whole day,
you may want to bring you own footwear.
You should inform us when booking if you
are taking any medication so we may advise
you of the best suited treatments for
you. Some treatments may not be suitable
or require adjusting due to some medical
conditions or medications you may be taking.
some of the spa experiences may also not
be suitable for you.
As your wellbeing is our priority please
tell us of any relevant information at
the time of booking and we will advise
you on the experiences and treatments
best suited to you. The spa is not suitable
for persons under the age of 16 years
old.

skincare products for home use. Your Spa
Therapist will advise you on the correct
face and body care to maintain your results.

treatments and packages to avoid a full
